Shipping Policy – Moon & Co.

At Moon & Co. we’re based in Amsterdam, and all of our jewellery is lovingly handcrafted in Sri Lanka. We combine thoughtful design with traditional craftsmanship — creating timeless pieces made to last.

Processing Time

We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces:

Ready-to-Ship

Available items are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order & Custom-Fit

Some of our designs are crafted on demand, especially rings or personalised items that require custom sizing or extra care.

  • Crafting time: 2–6 weeks, depending on the piece
    (You’ll find estimated times on each product page.)

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped with PostNL Registered & Insured Delivery from Amsterdam, Netherlands to your doorstep.

  • Every parcel is tracked and insured

  • You’ll receive a Track & Trace link once your package is shipped

  • Some deliveries may require a signature on arrival

Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping)

  • Netherlands: 5–8 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • USA & International: 10–18 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing or local postal service delays.

Customs & Import Duties

Orders ship from Amsterdam, Netherlands, and depending on your country, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about these potential fees before making your purchase.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

All our shipments are insured and traceable, but if anything goes wrong:

  • We’ll help you file a claim with PostNL and assist with resolving the issue

Shipping Address Responsibility

Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
Moon & Co. cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect shipping info.
