How is Moon & Co. jewellery made?

Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Sri Lanka by skilled artisans using high-quality materials. Some items are made-to-order, while others are ready to ship. You’ll find this information listed on each product page.

How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order items can take between 2 to 4 weeks to craft, depending on the piece and size.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a PostNL tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Amsterdam, The Netherlands using PostNL Registered & Insured delivery.

Please note: international customers may be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Prices include VAT for customers within the EU. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are not included in the order total and must be paid by the buyer.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. You can use it to track your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for customers within the EU, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All orders come beautifully packaged and ready to gift. If you'd like to include a note, you can leave a message at checkout.

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your size measured, or using a printable ring sizer at home. Contact us at shopmoonandco@gmail.com if you need guidance.
